Sky continuing to take payments

I moved over to MyFibre in December for my broadband and Sky have continued to take payments since. How do I arrange to have this refunded?

How did you cancel Sky broadband? Did you receive an email from Sky acknowledging the cancellation?

Have you received confirmation that the services have been cancelled? 
Did you have TV &?or mobile with Sky or just Broadband? If you had TV then this couldn't be cancelled by the new provider so you'd need to call to do that.
