Return equipment
I have received the equipment for sky, I can't get a good internet connection.so would like to return it.

You'll have to call Sky to arrange a return within your cooling off period.

Your image (which wasn't really necessary as it's just of a cardboard box) has been rejected as it showed the label displaying your name and full postal address which isn't wise on a public forum.

You need to call sky and arrange for the equipment to be returned to them and you need to do this before the cooling off period ends, we are all just fellow customers on here, we are not anything to do with sky
