Hacked account

My sky account has been hacked into and sky mobile added, they even set up DD in my bank account, only knew about this after someone trying to change my email password then someone ringing but I didn't answer then DPD notification saying my parcel from sky will arrive next day. Checked my sky app and mobile phone had been added to my account.

after all of this it still shows on my account this mobile account , keep getting told it will go but it's still showing this scam account. Can some one help and give me some advice

If you receive an unexpected parcel from Sky get in touch with our customer services team immediately. We can give advice on what to do. Don’t send the parcel anywhere except our returns address.

We’ll give you pre-paid returns packaging to send the parcel back to us.

Fraudsters might contact you and try to convince you to send the parcel to a false address where they can get the devices they’ve ordered from your account. Ignore any requests to send the parcel to an address that isn’t our returns address.
