Sky cancelled, products returned and still being billed.

I have cancelled all my SKY products and returned my SKY Q box. The cancelation date was the 7th of November. I would return my router if SKY sent me a second return box. Sky need to check their records and stop sending me threatening emails!!

It's your responsibility to,return Sky's equipment. Either call to ask for additional packaging to be sent to you, or you could use your own: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-tv-broadband
