Sky bill, still pending.....

Hi I paid my sky bill, last Thursday via my sky app, the money came out of my bank straight await, but its still saying pending, how much longer will it take to go through, as my bank has said the issue is with sky. Can anyone help !!!

You should have a payment method setup so that Sky can take it automatically from you each month so either a credit/debit card or a direct debit so if you have this in place then you shouldn't need to make manual payments like this so do you have something like this setup on your account ?

If you've made a manual payment too close to an automated one then the payment you've made is against next month's bill and they will still collect the next payment.
