I have had a hard credit check on my account.

I have had a hard credit check come up on my account for the 11th February 2024. What's strange is 1. it's the wrong birthday and secondly i never applied for anything nor bought anything from sky. Who do i go about contacting to get to the bottom of this?

To confirm that you are not a Sky Mobile or Sky Glass customer ?

 

If not then as per this you will have to contact Sky about this:
