We moved property in June 24, Sky Glass didn't work at the new property due to the poor internet availabile in the area so was advised by Sky to go back to Sky HD . We switched back to Sky HD at the end of August 24. The Sky engineer visited the property to set up Sky HD (New router & mini boxes etc and at the the engineer cancelled the subsciption to Sky Boost as said we didn't need that anymore (not using Sky glass streaming service as it didn't work properly)- Sky are now charging me early termination fee?
