Just had a look at my bill due this month which is usually 109 a month but this month it is 218 when looking at the breakdown they billed me from the 19th Dec-18 Jan then the 19th Jan - 18th feb when I paid last month's in full
I'm not a new customer at all so this shouldn't happen

How was last months bill paid, did you pay it manually or was it taken via your usual payment method ?

I paid it manually but I've paid my bill like that before and never had this problem before

Is your Sky account in credit?
