Through the Sky Assitant I was trying to see why I can't swap my phone with them. They asked me to do a security check for the first 2 characters of my password which I did. They said it was incorrect and told me to try agian and sent through a different link. This time for chracters of my mothers maiden name. Again said it was wrong and try again. This time for the last 4 digits of my credit card, which I thought was too much. Especially since my credit card isn't linked and I am on DD.
