Account holder deceased

The account holder, my father in law passed away this morning. I'm trying to get his affairs in order. I need to cancel his subscription but not being allowed as there is an outstanding payment of £55 due on his account for the period he's been hospitalised. I just want to get this sorted and cancel but going around in circles and dealing with money demands and zero empathy from Sky during this upsetting time. Can someone please help ?

Sorry for your loss.

There is a specialist team that you should be able to contact when a customer passes away but you might have t wait until tomorrow to contact them and you should be able to do this via the options at the bottom of this page:
