Sky app won't recognise postcode

MySky app wont recognise my postcode no matter  which format I type, I would like to check the app as online according to sky website I have no products and cannot link my account to puck after it crashed.

Has anyone else had this problem and been able to get it resolved?

On the same boat and no-one at sky can help. So basically going to be charged for two Internet providers which isn't fair.
