Sky app channel packages keep changing months

We have just phoned sky to change our current sky package to a later month but on my sky app under channel packages it's moved to 20025 but we just moved it to another month finishing on 20027 but it's now showing 20025 it finishing on it's a nuisance

@Jonathanphillip

Sorry but your post isn't very clear so what is it you want to do, do you want to cancel part of your package because if so 31 days notice is required to do this.

Hi @Jonathanphillip   What do you mean by changing months? Do you mean that you have renewed your minimum term for discounts?

Your sky tv and broadband contracts end soon

1000006640.jpg

 right that picture and statement which I posted above about it ending soon well it should have ended on June 18 but we told sky on phone we wanted to keep both services like tv and broadband for another month and they changed it to finish on 20027 which is fine but it's that statement that's not right apparently which I've been told via sky on messenger  when he did a check on that info he told me 1 everything looks good with the contract and costs on 1 side of things and the second it seems its not showing as the other  side of things with in the contract so what I'm pointing out is something isn't right with one being good and the other not as good he as submitted a background form to the account which I believe is the sky app account to settle and it should take up to 5 working days to complete itself so something tells me somewhere it's not good could it be that message that's appearing have something to do with it

@Jonathanphillip

Your post is still confusing. What do you mean by 20027 and 20025? If they are supposed to be dates then they are incomplete.

@Jonathanphillip  Are you referring to the year the ned 2027 instead of 2025?

If you've just renegotiated a new deal it will be for 24 months so the end end will be in 2027 now not 2025.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Re: Your sky tv and broadband contracts end soon

@Jonathanphillip

That's where the confusion lies as there are no such dates as 20027 and 20025 so I'm not sure why you keep referring to them as that.

Re: Your sky tv and broadband contracts end soon

@GD1 apparently what I've Been told via sky team.on.messenger I just wanted to know what this message meant one side is fully aware of the contract as the other seems to think it's not in the contract I've asked them what is what they told me its like the system wasn't showing that your in  a contract but it does show on both sky stream and broadband until 28 027 so there unsure if this as been updated many thanks for the confusion it as caused but I'm very certain if that message that appeared on my sky app talking about your contracts end soon and its no longer on there so something did go wrong for me to write that message and for it not to show on there system

Hi @Jonathanphillip   Is there any chance that you could put that date in full, like 4th April 2025?
