Sky took money off me

Sky took money off me but has restricted my account for my broadband and has turned my WiFi off. I cannot get any help from customer service at all

@honeyspence101  Were you late in making payment and was it taken after restrictions were applied?

No I paid it the same day it was due to come out

Did you make an unnecessary manual payment, leaving your bank account short which meant the manual payment has gone towards next months bill and this months unpaid?

No I paid last months bill. But their saying it's not been paid and this months bill hasn't been paid either and since I'm on universal credit I can only afford to pay one bill.

I normally pay it on the 21st of each month through bank transfer

No I log into the app and pay it that way. They have took the money off me but have blocked my broadband and I don't know what to do. I cannot get through to customer service at all

The T's and C's stipulate you have to have either a direct debit set up or a continuous card payment. 

Try calling from a phone not connected to your account or by using the number withheld code 141 before dialling but I'm afraid that is unlikely to help your cause.

Do you see a credit on your account, it might not be on this bill but might on your next one ?
