I have just added Sky Cinema to my package and was told by the salesperson I was eligible to 2cinema passes per month through Sky VIP which I have used in the past but the app says I am ineligible and won't let me in .

When you log into the MySky app, select Sky VIP in the bottom right, then scroll down the page and tap on the Your Vue Tickets tile
What error do you get when you select that tile?
