Why does sky still advertise the SkyVIP phone lines if they are no longer maned?

Every cutomer of Sky has VIP on their account so I'm not sure what numbers you mean but whatever it is they might only be open during working hours of something like 9-5.

For diamond vip (20+) members there were dedicated customer care numbers - they have all been disconnected...
