I have not moved, there is an error in my address. How do i ammend

hi, i need to ammend my address. I have not moved. The last 2 times i renewd my contract i have told the agent but the missing line  still needs to be inserted. How can i do this in my account as only option seems to be to book a move and not ammend.  I cannot find a way to communicate with an advisor or send an email. After the time it took to speak to someone last week, where i gave the correct supply  address, i cant face it again. 82 and still trying to use technology but tired.

Unfortunately this needs to be done by you phoning. Sky don't use email for general communication.
