Sky TV contract has ended

Hi, I've recently just joined Sky and missed payment due to not knowing direct debit was coming out, I'm not sure if it has anything to do with that but it's coming up on MySky that my contract has ended was just wondering if anyone knows how this has came up or if it's due to that. It's also coming up 'Your bill will change, see your renewal deal here' and it's not coming up any options

Once your minimum term has ended the contract reverts to a rolling basis at full list price.

 

You have to take action if you don't want to pay this - either cancel or negotiate a new deal.  You'll have to call or use the chat function when available if the online option isn't working.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
