I have returned my router, cancelled Sky, received confirmation of cancellation but Sky are still sending me bills and threats to charge me. They do not answer the phone and the AI bot is hopeless.

You have to give notice and billing continues as normal (including monthly in advance charges even if this is past your cessation date).

 

We can't see your account as we're just other customers.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

I've moved your post as it seems somewhat unconnected to the thread you added to. 

What are Sky still billing you for? (Billing continues during the notice period).

 

What are the threats to charge you relating to? Is it non return of equipment, if so have you still got your proof of posting?

I have returned equipment (router) and cancelled my Sky subscription. I have e mails to confirm this. Two months later I have an e mail saying payment cannot be taken from my bank account.
