Sky Switching Refund

Switched from BT to Sky fibre in November, and was promised refund of termination costs from BT. Provided relevant information (copy of BT final bill with charges and also proof of payment), sent this by email on 23rd December to sky switching, and was advised this would be processed withinn 14 days. Rang up last week and early this week, and told by SKY that this would be with me by today ay latest, still no refund.

Also when taking yp landline unlimited calls, was advised this would be on reduced monthly charge of £15 (£17 charged), again told by SKY thios would be adjusted and refunds made, again no action taken by SKY.

Considering cancelling phone and broadband, as SKY have not honoured original contract, and going back to BT

It is not a refund that you receive but it is credit that is applied to your account that can be used against your future bills until there is no credit left so have you checked your account here:

I would leave it for a few more weeks so it takes you over a month and if the credit still hasn't been added to your account then fill in this form to register a complaint:

This gives Sky 8 weeks to resolve this issue and if they do not you can ask for a deadlock letter to take it further.
