Hello, I'm helping my mother reduce some of her direct debit costs and noticed she was paying £75 a month for a phone line, internet and tv.
The breakdown of the bill has a Sky+ subscription for £10 a month. Can anyone tell me what this includes? I've searched on the site and can't find anything.
Thanks.

If she has any Sky TV package on her account then she should not be being charged the £10.
