Account refund after leaving

I recently left sky and today I've received an email saying I'm in credit and this will be refunded in 3-5 days. I assume this will go back to the account that was used to pay the direct debit but it was closed just after leaving so I'm wondering if I can change the details or if it's too late?

Thabks in advance.

@Phillyp1
This will take longer if the payment method has been cancelled as Sky will have to manually raise a cheque and post it to you.

I would guess it is to late to change the banking details now although there no harm in trying and if the payment does get refunded to your new bank account details then post back here this time next week as we should be able to escalate your post to Skys messaging team who should be able to issue the refund to this new account.
