I suspect your 'agreed pricing' has terms. Sky do not generally offer fixed price deals.

Fixed price deals subject to annual increases. Of course they do otherwise they could charge whatever. Thank you

@conroyart can I suggest you look back at the previous bills and confirm what has increased was it the base price of Sky Signature or was there a discount that Sky has ended as you would need that information and it would help on here knowing what has actually changed on your bills on the months that your bills increased or provide us with screen shots of them(removing any personal data such as account number)

Thank you, all checked and Sky are either wrong or have failed to notify of the reason for increase. The discounts have not changed the base amount has, before the April increase. Been with Sky a very long time indeed, know how things work. But thank you.

Very interesting - the increase in question has now been removed. I have also been given a credit for April to cover the increase in March. I appreciate Sky doing this but now the second time. Does suggest the increases are erroneous. I expect an increase in April as announced but at least now it will be added to the correct base amount. Thank you Sky.
