Came to see if anyone else seeing £2 rise on packages.

I renewed my package October, 2023  but bills during 2024 are £2 higher.

Checked through emails to see if I missed notification but nothing showing.

Looked online for something but not seeing announcements

Its the annual April price rise. If you haven't yet received a tailored email or letter from Sky, you will do over the next few weeks. This will specifically list which parts of your package are going up and the affect on your total bill. Not all packages/add-ons are going up and they do tend to increase at different amounts.

They tend to send these letters out in batches to customers, but it could arrive within the next few weeks. I know i haven't received mine yet either.

Yup - I haven't had mine yet either.  They save the best 'til last... 🤔

Yes, mine has increased by £2 in March, before any announced increase is due to be added. Hitting a brick wall complaining,

No, increase is in March, before any increase due. Was also increased in January. A clear breach of agreement

Could be various reasons for this.  Most usually a discount expiring.

There have been a number of customers being undercharged which has been rectified.

Re: Sky Signature Price Increase January 2024

Not undercharged. Charged as per 18 month agreement. No problem with annual increase but random increases are simply unacceptable. If it increases again in April effectively a double increase. Let's wait and see.

No

There's a rise due every April which we all expect,  my comment is regarding  the £2 charge added from beginning of 2024, only a few seem to have had it.

Re: Sky Signature Price Increase January 2024

Thank you for sharing the link with announcement from February.

Unfortunately it says about increases they planned on doing , mine started from Jan & no communication given.

Hoping it doesn't mean I get another increase.

Just wish their call centres answered phones,  I can never get through

In some previous instances it's where Sky have been undercharging, compared with what was agreed with the customer. The increase in those circumstances is to correct the billing.

Re: Sky Signature Price Increase January 2024

As to my previouse post 3 price increases in 13 months

Now I had my 4th price increase £1 from April 2024 that's in 15 months from start of contract

😢😭

They are not allowed to implement 'random' charges.

Prices will only increase if there's a change of list price or discounts expire.

As I noted, some people where undercharged for Signature previously from the list of £34pm.

Re: Sky Signature Price Increase January 2024

As I have said before although Sky Signature nay be £34, my agreed charge for 18 months is £28.50. Even with increase it is £30.50. So nothing to do with correcting the price. But Sky are ignoring agreed contract and increasing randomly. Also nothing to do with April increase as the increase was added before announced April rises.

You don't have an 'agreed price'.  What is agree is discounts.  The price is list minus discount.

Of course if your discount level was agreed with an 'incorrect' list price then the correction has caused an unexpected increase - if this is the case then I think you have an argument to challenge.

From the posts on here it seems a number of people were undercharged for Signature and not it's been corrected - but of course the discount hasn't changed.
