I gave all my Sky details including my account number to one of the Sky Superuses and I also gave them the Bar Code number that is shown on my proof of posting. This information was then escalated to a Sky expert.
I will keep on using the community post for as long as it takes to get this matter sorted out. I have tried calling Sky, only to get an automated voice giving me options that do not apply to my problem. If you have a telephone number that will get me speaking to a human being then please let me have it. Thank you

i agree with you sky is using this kind of harassment with old customer.same thing happened with me it's been two years since I have returned all to and broadband and out of no where they send me bill of £110 after 2 years .
thus is the so cheap way to deal with old customers.

A long shot I know, but have you still got your proof of posting?
Let us know in this thread about the proof of posting and we can maybe get you some help from Skys Messaging Team.
If you have the proof it should be fairly straightforward however if you haven’t retained it, any cancellation of non return fees would be at Skys discretion.
Please don’t try to post an image of the Royal Mail tracking or postal receipt as Sky don’t like them on the forum.
