Did you give them details of your Sky account and if so have you called Sky and informed them of this ?

If you receive an unexpected parcel from Sky get in touch with our customer services team immediately. We can give advice on what to do. Don’t send the parcel anywhere except our returns address.
We’ll give you pre-paid returns packaging to send the parcel back to us.

Be very careful about where you return the iPhone to. If it comes from Sky, I'd strongly suggest calling Sky first using a number from the website.

DO NOT return it to that address
DO NOT use any point of contact given in the original interaction or relating to it.
The scam relies on victims 'returning' the hardware on to an address which isn't Sky (or sending their own courier to retrieve it)
Call the public Sky Customer Support number found through the official Sky website and get their instructions for genuine return (and keep all receipts relating to this)
You'll also need to change your current security details with Sky, as the scammers know enough to pretend to be you.
