Hi
My sky ID is linked with my parents account,i now have my own sky account and want my email linked to this only, as when i log in now i just get info on my parents account. How can i change this or do i need to use a different email address?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Shaner87 basically you or your parents need to login to your parents account and wherever your email is showing remove and replace it with your parents address
this should then free your address to use when creating your own sky id

@SKY1992bf thats unfortunate, i thought there might be a way to remove it from an old account

If you want to use the same email address as the old account you need to remove and replace it with a different address on the old account first
You can do this yourself via this link

Once done your free to create a new sky id using the same email address here

@SKY1992bf they already have their own email linked to the account, their email is under the 'Sky Account' section, my email is up the top under 'Sky ID' section. so i am trying to change the Household account my SKY iD is linked to.
