Hi . I am having major issues with my mums sky OD i deal with this because she is in her 80's . It seems she has conflicting information on her sky account . No kne cab help after hours abd hours ob thw phone . She ordered zky glass and at first we couldnt sign ths credit agreement . Its just kept sayi g ask the account holder to sign the CCA . After updating some information changing the email etc we can now get to the postcode but not passed this . It states an error ocurred please trh again later . We need this fixing ASAP Please as no one from sky seems to know what theyre doing about this isse we have spent so many hpurs on the phone and my mum has no TV now . Broad band is fine but ghese accoynt issues plague us its driving us mad . Please help someone .

Open up your clock down in the right hand corner.
Click 'Change date and time'
Click 'Change calendar settings'
Under the 'Date' tab, make sure your date formats are the same, ie. dd-MMM-yy for short, dddd-MMMM-yyyy for long.
Make sure the time zone is set to the UK.
Make sure the date are set to UK (English) and not UK (American)
