The chat bot is a waste of time. 

 

I went onto my account the other day and a message flashed up saying that my contract was nearing its end and to renew.  The message gave me figures if I don't renew and a cheaper figure if I do.   Now, I can't find anything referring to it.   Manage My Package just shows  new things I am not interested in.    I simply want my renewal figure on my current contract to go further.   I don't even try to ring anyone.

its hopeless, i have spent hours on the phone over the last month just wanting clarity on my package cost - been passed from dept to dept, then decided to go with virgin as cheaper and they threw deals at me to keep me. A painful experience!
