Sky HD

For some reason our sky signature and our sky HD have been cancelled automatically

 

any idea why ?

Sky Signature is the base package so it won't be cancelled 'automatically'. Have you made any other changes to your subscription recently?

Are you in the process of changing anything on your account like perhaps upgrading to Sky Q or perhaps Sky Glass or Stream ?
