Sky + HD box on screen message
Hello folks,
I recieved an on-screen message on my Sky+HD box and on my sky account that "Your Streaming TV services have been cancelled"
My account is upto date with sky tv bills and have no arrears with sky tv account
model#R024.092.11.00P
Can anyone help?

Does your online billg show that you have no outstanding payments:

If there is no outstanding amount owed then I would suggest calling Sky tomorrow about this:
150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

There are no outstanding payments on my Sky tv bill

That image can;t be shown as it contains your account number but as the same message is visible there then you do need to call Sky about this.
