What happened to my account

Hi I spoke to someone about my sky bill the other day via online chat, they didn't answer my question and basically told me I can sign up again for more money. Anyway I was working and the chat times out, but since then I cannot access sky at all! Tv turns on, channels show but I can't choose any, or see programme info, nothing in my planner etc my sky account looks live but shows no active info for my sky box and when I call it says my mobile number isn't linked to an account! I called customer service and they said they can't help as it's technical issue (I'm not sure it is!) @@sky can someone contact me and tell me what's going on please.
