Sky Full Fibre cancelled install

Hi, I had a date of 10 December for a Sky engineer to switch my BB to FF300. On the my order screen it says booked between 8 and 1 but underneath it says cancelled. Any ideas? Have Sky cancelled the install? Thanks for any help as I can't get through to Sky.
