Only had the puck a month and I hate it why carnt we have the sky q box.

If that's under a month you can reject the product without giving a reason. Outside that cooling-off period you'll need to argue under consumer rights regulation.
As @Daniel0210 indicates, Sky Q (satellite television) is currently still a live Sky product available at properties which can receive a compatible satellite signal through an individual or communal dish.
