Sky Business - Very Poor Customer Service

I want to raise a complaint directly with Dana Strong to make her aware just how terrible the service is, can anyone advise her email address.

My issue;

As per the rental agreement and the invoices the charge is £29.94 per month, but they take a completely different payment. Each time I speak with support they agree and cannot understand it, assure me it is going to be fixed yet it goes on. So there is absolutely no point in talking with them anymore.

I asked for copy invoices to be sent to me and they were all correct as per the agreement, yet why are they taking completely different amounts??  No one in 'support' understands it and they refuse to get back to me in writing. Each time I complain they phone me and we start all over again, just going round in circles!

This is extremely frustrating as it has gone on for months and the account is a mess.

@RonMc  You're not contacting Sky by posting here, you can't raise a complaint tbrough a public communty.  You've posted Sky Business in your title, that being the case you need to be aware this is a community of Domestic customers.

If you are a business customer you need to contact Sky Business directly.  https://www.sky.com/business/help

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Hi @RonMc   Just in case that is a poor choice of words, and you mean Sky as a business and not Sky Business which is completely different. Your starting point is to raise a formal complaint to start the clock ticking (8 weeks) before you can escalate it.
