Have just sent this to them. I will be raising further now as they have had over 2 weeks to get this sorted. For a multi-national company with high revenue, I find it hard to believe they can't get this sorted.

Just had this update on Sky chat - have checked mine and it is working 🙂
'Good evening. We checked on this case an hour ago and the account was still not showing the future payments, however I have accessed again now to see if there were any updates and I can now see the future bills showing as normal. Are you able to check on this again now on sky.com or the MySky app to see if it is visible for you too?'

You are lucky mines still not working - you said you had a sky chat reply - which sky chat did you use because I've got nowhere with them at all

Mine still isn't working either. Perhaps they're doing it one account at a time (probably wishful thinking). Will check again tomorrow

When you are logged in, the chat bubble appears bottom right. That's the one I used to talk to them.
Hopefully they have identified how to fix the issue now so fingers crossed others are coming back to view soon.

Yeah I've tried telling the virtual assistant everything else it's done hasn't worked in the hope I'd be connected to a person but so far no luck

I think we all need our issues escalated as @Chris1811 had his escalated by @caesarome so you can get direct access to someone who could help instead of AI bot or someone on a call centre who hasn't got a clue what you're talking about & honestly I don't think they care

i am having the same problem, i had an email to say my account charges are increasing and haven't been able to look at my present / future bills for weeks! So frustrating
