CANNOT LINK SKY ID & EMAIL TO MY ACCOUNT

For the past few months I have been unable to gain full access to my account & had numerous conversations with Sky in an attempt to resolve the problem but all without success!!

 

I understand the problem might be that for some strange reason my username/email log-in details are no longer linking to my account!! I can't gain access to my products, billing information etc.,

 

When I enter my email address & password it now directs me to a screen asking for my postcode, which it has never done before. Upon entering the postcode another screen appears asking for the bank/credit account details I used to purchase Sky Glass. I don't have Sky Glass only broadband/phone line. I cannot gain access on either the laptop or mobile.

 

Absolute nightmare getting through to anyone at Sky who can resolve the problem!!!!!
