Good morning all!
Is anyone else having an issue with their online accounts?
Im trying to upgrade my mobile phone, but everytime i go to click through to look at upgrading i get a message -
"Your Services Are Currently Being Restricted"
This happens whether in going via the internet web page or MySky App.
I spoke to Sky last week and they said it is a technical issue and woul be resolved by Friday of last week. Yet it is still happening and very frustrating as its been doing this for MONTHS.
I dont have time to try and call Sky to upgrade my mobile and search for a number or person to talk to (its way to lengthy and not helpful) as im constantly working or running arouns being a busy mum. Online services are my go to when its 11pm and i have 5 minutes to myself.
Can anyone help or give advise? Thanks 🙂

Just dial 150 from your current Sky mobile (obviously not at 11pm).
