Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreAs this is a customer helps customer forum so you are not talking to Sky here you would need to discuss this with Sky by calling them to see if there are any discounts available to you and if they are not only will you need to make up your mind on the spot it will come with a new 24 month contract.
150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.

Your not talking directly with Sky this is a customer helps customer forum only with no account access
Click on the need more help drop down at the very bottom of the link below to reveal an 0333 number if your in uk
If in ROI using the same link change the flag in bottom right hand corner and refresh the link before following above instructions to reveal an 0818 number

or if you have sky mobile/talk call 150 Calls to Sky Customer Services from your Sky Talk landline phone or a Sky mobile are free
The start will be automated which may try to send you here to the forum or suggest you receiving a text. Stay on the line as long as possible and don’t hang up. If necessary say nothing when the automated system asks you what your call is about as it should then route your call into a queue for the next available agent.

This is mainly a cutomer forum and any staff here cannot negotiate deals.
You'll need to contact Sky directly and haggle.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThere isn't an 0800 number. To call Sky dial 150 (free) from a Sky Talk landline or a Sky mobile or alternatively use the following link
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ leading to a 0333 number.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ to see a dedicated ROI number.
The posting of full phone numbers isn’t permitted on the forum.
Any calls to Sky will initially be automated which may try to send you here to the forum, offer you online help or offer to send you a text. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.
edit: I have merged your post into your earlier thread. I notice you'd already been provided with a method to call Sky.
