Sky have taken payment after my last bill, I have returned the broadband. No communication from sky, no one to contact. Very disappointed. How to I find out about my refund

Did you cancel or sign up to another provider ?
If you did either what was your last day with Sky ?
What was your billing date each month ?
Do you see a credit on your account ?

No credit showing. Last bill should of been Nov. But billed also Dec. I thought once box returned would be sorted. Just can't believe have to post in here as no one to contact.

Yes email confirmation hand over will be 13th Dec, still billed me on 16th Dec.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou haven't answered my question above, what shows on the 16th January- 15 February bill beause if there is an overpyment due to the account now being cancelled it should appear as a credit that can be refunded.

Did you have TV too?
Billing on 16th is normal as that bill was generated on 2nd December.

I do not understand. There is no credit showing. The bill has those dates. The amount and the payment amount. However, the contract was cancelled, and I have confirmation it was cancelled. If I could talk to someone, this could get resolved in a minute. I need someone to review my account and confirm what I need to do.
