Choosing "View Bill" on Sky.com or within the Sky app doesn't display my bill. Instead, the screen just repeatedly refreshes without displaying any information.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreTry clearing your browsers cache and cookies then close down the browser before loading it up and trying again. If this doesn't work try a different browser works to see if that works for you.

The same problem persists between multiple devices and multiple browsers.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreTo see if they casn help I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

The issues I had were on this page Your Sky Bills | Sky.com
The page loads and then just completely freezes and I can't click anything.

Same thing is happening to me and using that link has the same result.
