Sky Bill Will Not Load

Sky.jpgChoosing "View Bill" on Sky.com or within the Sky app doesn't display my bill. Instead, the screen just repeatedly refreshes without displaying any information.Sky.jpg

Try clearing your browsers cache and cookies then close down the browser before loading it up and trying again. If this doesn't work try a different browser works to see if that works for you.

To see if they casn help I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

I'm having trouble with this as well

I've tried on various browsers and devices and the mysky app and it won't load

The issues I had were on this page Your Sky Bills | Sky.com

The page loads and then just completely freezes and I can't click anything.
