Silent calls
I left Sky a year ago. For the past week I have had calls every day sometimes twic a day [removed]. and when I answer nobody speaks and then it goes down. A serach of google tells me that this numbe is a 'genuine' sky number??
Any ideas?

Re: Silent calls
Possibly Sky trying to entice you back. If you're not interested just block the number.

Hi @FortyTwo2 More likely scammers spoofing Sky's telephone number. Sky would not be calling you every day!

Re: Silent calls
@FortyTwo2 I agree with @Daniel0210. This is most likely the outbound sales team trying to make you an offer to come back. In many companies ( I don't know if it's the same with Sky) the call is generated by an automated call dialler and only passed to an adviser when you answer. Possibly some sort of technical problem is preventing the call connecting properly.
