Error with billing

I recently received a refund for an earlier overpayment on my Sky Digital account. Unfortunately this was originally wrongly thought to be a payment I owed when in fact it was owed to me. As a result I'm being chased by CCS Collect for a payement of £52 WHICH I DO NOT OWE.

 

They require PROOF from you that my account is clear. The refund was made to my account a few days ago (£50.75).
