How do you bypass 2 step verification if you don't have a mobile?

No...it was to change anything on my account...to get a Sim card in fact

Did you set it up when you did have a mobile ?

 

The only way to get this turned off if you didn't make a note of the recovery code as advised to do will be to call Sky and hope you get through to someone who knows how to do this for you.

Never been set up .Normally most website will allow the code to be send by email...but will Sky?

If you haven't set this up then I am surprised it is asking you for the code so I would call Sky about this incase someone has got access to your account and has done this.

@Sky21years somebody with access to your Sky login username and password has set it up. It doesn't happen automatically

 

The mobile phone number receiving the Verification text message is the one entered by the person who set up 2 step verification. 

 

I'd suggest giving Sky a call, as it appears that someone has unauthorised access to your Sky account.
