Signing in to my Sky

I haven't looked at mysky Online account for quite a while and when I tried today it was a Joke.

I just want to look at all of my account, when I used my login details I was instructed to sort out a new password etc etc. I did this and when I finally logged in I was denied access to certain areas. My cat has more sense than the AI assistant on the site I'm realy sick of it.

What can you not access and are you seeing a restricted message when trying to view your online bill ?
