Signing in my sky

I need to change the account number on my email address for sky.com as we used it previously for my partner  he does not have an email address. Have been through this with a actual person which is the hardest thing to do when you don't have a normal query as you can't get through to anyone, she said she had changed the account number and she hasn't and it still says account closed the account was closed about 4 years ago and I took an account out in my name but using same email address how hard can it be to change it over

It isn't possible to change the account number so you will need to set up a new Sky ID to use to login to your new account with.

If you want to use the same email address then you need to first remove it from the old account first so log into the old account here:

https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details

Then delete the email address by providing another one and logout of this account, this will then free it up to use when setting up your new Sky ID:

Unless you email address is a Sky one you don't need another one as per what I posted above as you can use the one you have again with your new account once you have removed it from the old one first. If it is a Sky email address then you can set one up at Gmail.com or Outlook.com to use.
