Sign up bonus not received

As an existing broadband customer, I signed up to sky TV a month ago from a point of call sales offer. As part of the sign up I was told I would receive a gift card MasterCard as a reward to signing up to the TV package. I have not received the card and it has been a month now and I can't find a telephone number to speak to anyone. Can anyone advise how and when this reward wil come through?

Any vouchers or incentives are usually sent within 45 days for the first bill being paid.

Hi we signed up to sky broadband in   July 2022 and we should of received a pre paid Mastercard as part of the deal. We have still not received it and can't find who to contact. Please help

We have still never received the MasterCard we were promised either, so unfortunately I can't help. Very disappointing.
