Cut off after payment?

I was told I had a late payment and so I payed it off on November 21 using my debit card, after I was told it was all fine and I would be ok untill the 16 of December. Today at around 11 all the devices in the home disconnected from the Internet, went and had a look at the router and its showing that everything is fine. All the lights are green and the diagnostic shows noting wrong untill I look at my online account. Apparently my Internet has been restricted even after I have paid? I tried adding a debit card for regular payment but it won't let me, taking me to a pay that is no longer running? Has anyone else delt with this?
