Setting up account

Hi 

I've recently set up an account 

but I can't use any info to log into the app I keep getting an error message.

i need to change my installation date

Do you have an account number because if so have you linked the account as per this:

 

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-id-cant-access-all-my-services

 

If this doesn't work then to see if it is possible to change the date you will need to call Sky.

@AndreaFirth what error message are you seeing? What are you having installed?
