Setting up Direct Debit for iPad
Just recently received my new iPad, but I can't add a direct debit to it, I'm guessing I have to wait 28 days. Also, do I have to pay for this month or wait until next month to pay my first bill.
Thanks

Re: Setting up Direct Debit for iPad
You should have provided the payment details when you placed the order otherwise it would not have been snt to you so Sky will take it from this.
This link explains when your first bill will be taken:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/your-first-sky-mobile-bill
So it is 3 days after activation or up to 13 days if paying by direct debit.

Re: Setting up Direct Debit for iPad
But I selected no data plan, does that mean I still need to get an eSIM or not?

No you wouldn't get an esim or physical sim if you selected the no data option so the payment details you provided will be for the iPad only.
If you do want an esim you can still order one from your account.
