Set up new contract for broadband

I've just sorted new price for broadband of £34 monthly 

but after checking billing on app 

it's showing £43 why is this 🤷‍♂️
please help

Because it's a period longer than a month?  (Or if this is a contract change then the billing has a period of undiscounted amount when the bill was generated)

 

What does future billing show?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
